Anyone who has seen it and isn't heartbroken that it ended prematurely most likely left their soul at a bus-stop somewhere.
I thought it was a pretty good place to end... I'd love for there to be more, but it'd have to go on for a long time before it came to another decent end-point...
Well, what I missed was the third novel starring Yoko, which is yet to be translated.
That novel has a lot of dialog and almost no action.

I'm so happy that I get to talk to more ppl about 12K! I just finished watching it my 4th time and it drives me nuts that the author just dropped it. Omg, so saaaad T_T

Eugene Woodbury is a translator who single-handedly translated the first novel before Tokyopop did and released the work free on his website. He has also translated the two other novels about Yoko, the main char from the anime.

This is my No. 1 Anime, I watched 12 kingdoms 3 times for now, and sure I'll re-watch it soon.
