Anime: Saikyou no Shien-shoku "Wajutsushi" Dearu Ore wa Sekai Saikyou Clan o Shitagaeru 4m4u6u

I strongly recommend this for who got tired of goody two shoes/always apologize/make peace for everything protagonist (yes I don't like slime isekai mc)

While it is true that all the characters just conveniently follow what he predicts, the problems Noel stated are not wrong though, maybe people won't act exaggerated like that, but this is anime, so a little overreact is totally sensible.

What I rated highly of this is that he can't buff himself, and the weakest skill seems real weak when alone, so he NEED ALLIES, not like those fantasy isekai who friends are just friends, even a defence/shield skill can do everything alone.

Noel remind me of Kira/Batman? with some of Hachiman, who really take advantage of informations, threatened a thug about his child, breaking a "perfect leader" by breaking his friends, reset bondings, etc...

The main character STEALS the show! Ambitious, confident, and the MENTAL FORTITUDE of a MONSTER! Noel, is a VERY STRONG MALE LEAD, willing to do ANYTHING to accomplish his goals.

The plot is decent at best, pretty standard, even. However, it is VERY refreshing to see what it is like, when they animate such a CHARACTER. The very OPPOSITE of the stereotypical anime MC, who is often meek, timid,shy, and overly-polite.

Now, all we need is a season 2! If you are a fan of STRONG male lead characters, definitely DO NOT MISS this one!

Omg, the main character is so unconventional and twisted - in the best way possible! I'm obsessed with this show and really hope there's a season 2!

A hidden gem

This follows the MC's pursuit to be the strongest and is willing to be ruthless to achieve his goals. From the start, this shows the MC's brutal and calculated methods and that remains true throughout the series. The characters are solid and his goals are interesting, just a pity the continuation of his ambition will need to continue in S2 as I really enjoyed this season. Looking forward to the next season.

More than a 6 but can't quite give it a 7 just yet.
For once we get a show that takes itself seriously and is not instantly negating all it's achievements by the usual lame/ill-fitting humor, we also get an MC that isn't dumb, dense or a coward with no redeeming features, or who get's a harem for no reason, etc. or a lame villain who wants to destroy the world for no/lame reason/s (yet at least).
But it's not all positives and I don't have room to list them, so just watch it and see for yourself, i was pleasantly surprised and I'm looking forward to the next season.

It's a very cringe, but by the last few episodes, I'd continue watching it. MC is "supposed" to be smart but you will notice he does many things that will get himself killed like a newb villain if not for the plot armor. You'll notice many decisions he makes are death sentences for himself, but the story is designed so that the opponent will back down and "fit the MC's way of thinking". If you can look past this, then you can better enjoy watching him recruit strong . I'm hoping in season 2 he will speed up his recruiting.

This was fantastic. The MC has his scruples and doesn't bend them for anything, to the point of being truly ruthless. This makes for a very interesting series as it progresses. New teammates, new foes, new challenges, as well as the character (despite being the "weakest") simply dominating in his own way.

This has been set up fantastically for a second season, and I will be eagerly awaiting it.

You will not regret watching this at all. Must see.

It's nice to watch anime when the main character is so twisted and evil that it's Good.
If you like party/RPG-type anime, you should find this series a good time to spend.
hopefully they will make a season 2

It is so twisted that snake does not do them enough honour. It's a must watch, rarely do you see MC so mentally strong. He's by far not OP, but his tactician and talker skills are above your average goody-two-shoes blushing at slight view of the boobs. Definitely a fantastic watch. Here's to season two and on!
