S1 was light-hearted fun with tons of fanservice... S2 tries to get serious while still having tons of fanservice. There isn't much to this show outside of boobs in every other scene. For ecchi lovers.

Its really all about the bewbs and the franchise.
It took me pretty long to finish despite watching from its airing date, despite being a huge fan of anime bewbs.
Huge cast with wildly designed shinobi(s). There's a plot of revenge, the regular good vs evil battle which didn't really got my attention. Dialogues were pretty generic & trope-ful. Action/fight scenes were wild but mostly mindlessly done. And probably the art work and character design were mediocre at best.
Which bring us to the final point, its really about fan service & the franchise. You will get a feast load of oppai of all sizes and colors, nicely drawn but mostly are on the huge side. Literally fan service is being throw at you or exploited at every possible moment.
This anime is likely a complementing material for the franchise and the games.
All in its for the fans of the series and if you are really desperate for some oppai. Its a 3/10 for me.
